Order Processing Time

All physical product orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Custom, ritual-prepared, or energetically charged items may require additional preparation time. Any extended processing time will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard shipping delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days within the United States after your order has been processed.

International shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Indigo Ray Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Indigo Ray Wellness is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Indigo Ray Wellness, we want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Physical Products

We accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable content, energy sessions, consultations, and custom services, all digital purchases and services are non-refundable once delivered or completed.

If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, please contact us and we will assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads

  • Energy sessions or consultations

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items
