Services & Sessions

Indigo Ray Wellness offers wellness services including (but not limited to) energy healing, sound therapy, guided sessions, and digital wellness content.

All services are intended to support relaxation, personal growth, and energetic well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare treatment.

You understand and agree that:

• No guarantees of outcomes are provided

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being

Consultations & Booking

Free consultations are offered to assess individual needs before scheduling paid sessions.

Session bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement on availability, service type, and session scope.

Indigo Ray Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when necessary.

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations

All session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in a forfeited session or cancellation fee at the discretion of Indigo Ray Wellness.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in:

• Loss of the session

• Forfeiture of payment

• Requirement of prepayment for future bookings (If applicable) 

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Full session fees apply.

Payments & Invoicing

Payment for services may be processed through manual invoices or approved payment platforms.

All invoices must be paid in full prior to session delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Digital Products & Content

Any digital content, downloads, recordings, or materials purchased or provided are for personal use only.

You may not:

• Copy

• Redistribute

• Resell

• Reproduce

• Share publicly

without written permission from Indigo Ray Wellness.

Physical Products & Shipping

Physical product purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Indigo Ray Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Health Disclaimer

Indigo Ray Wellness services are complementary wellness practices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Participation in sessions is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
